Global Tasks turns one – a reflection on the last 12 months, by Neil Cottrell

Posted by on 14th September 2020

I can’t believe it’s been one whole year since we launched Global Tasks, the task management solution specifically designed with dyslexia, mental health and neurodiversity in mind.

It’s great to report that the last 12 months has been awesome for Global Tasks, and it’s going from strength to strength. We’ve got users spanning the length and breadth of the UK, and LexAble has two new team members to support the growth. Danielle and Carly joined LexAble to primarily support Global Tasks development, supporting our partners and providing excellent service to our users.

Whether you’re a DSA assessor, study skills tutor, mentor, centre manager, friend or family – I want to say a huge thank you! Already Global Tasks benefits so many people, and we couldn’t have done it without your support and help.

And, not forgetting all the staff here at LexAble, who work tirelessly every day to make the product the best it can be to help users get their headspace back and feel in control of what they need to do.

It has been a busy year, and as we look forward to the year ahead, there are lots of exciting developments in store for Global Tasks, which includes a new design for the mobile app, featuring the visual overview.

Finally, before you go, to celebrate Global Tasks turning one, we’ve got some prizes up for grabs – there are five parcels of goodies to receive, including wireless phone charger pads, wireless mouse, coasters, pads, pens…and one lucky winner will get all this PLUS our limited edition Lexxie Bear.
